These charming accommodations, each designed to host up to four guests, represent a departure from our traditional setup for larger groups of 10+ guests. By catering to smaller groups, Ta’ Keninu and Ta’ Pupa offer the same high-quality experience at a more accessible nightly rate, complete with luxurious rooftop jacuzzis that have quickly become a guest favorite.

Martinu Homes’ commitment to providing an unparalleled experience for guests has always been at the core of our operations. This dedication was evident toward the end of 2024, when construction works further down the road led us to make the decision to temporarily close some of our properties. While this was a challenging choice, it was driven by our priority to ensure that our guests enjoy a tranquil and seamless stay. During this period, we took the opportunity to upgrade the affected properties, further enhancing the comfort and amenities they offer.

As 2024 draws to a close, we are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our latest project, Ta’ Maria Farmhouse. Slated to open in early 2025, this brand-new addition to the Martinu Homes portfolio promises to set a new standard for luxury stays in Gozo.
